1. SOLD Selling my Vist plate. Good condition, has all the screws etc. Rode on it about 20 times. $250 plus shipping. I live in Boston so if you are interested and somewhat local I can probably meet you somewhere reasonably close. Bindings and board are not included :)
2. Meet Kessler KST 185. At over four years of age she's still a puppy -- a HIGH-ENERGY puppy. She's a strong and stable girl who has had limited training runs. Which is sad. She deserves so much more than her recent experience has provided - almost three years coated in wax, stuck in a basement, never taken outside, 'board' and lonely. Fortunately she has never lived in a home where any young child took great pleasure in throwing rocks at her. She's close to a pure breed with her looks with a graceful curve to her back but, not being a newborn, her upper coat has a few cosmetic specks. So long as she is taken out with the right collar, a Hangle, she'll thrive in almost any situation as one of the family's valued members where the focus will be on helping her become the best board she can be, in a large home with no kids. Kessler has two speeds, FAST and GET THE HECK OUT OF MY WAY. She will not need a traditional fenced yard but will thrive with a patient owner with large to giant-breed-experience... Please note again that Kessler requires a Hangle collar for any outdoor activities which does not come with her. More about Kessler -Spayed/Neutered: Definitely not -Up-to-date with routine shots of wax: Yes -House trained: No -Prefers a home without: Young children -Primary color: Two color (Black & Silver) Original, and less humorous, post: I'm selling my Kessler 185 that is for Hangle only. $200 plus shipping. I have not ridden it as I went down the Vist road instead and just need to stop holding on to it. It has spent all that time with a coat of wax on it on a rack in the basement. I live in Boston so if you are interested and somewhat local I can probably meet you somewhere reasonably close. Plates are not included.
3. I'm selling my Prior WCR, spent the last year in a friends basement and was just given back as he decided he was never going to use it. (Given as he had shown interest in Alpine snowboarding maybe even racing...) - Length 181 - Waist 19.5 - Radius 14.5 m - Taper 4 mm - Black graphite base - Top sheet design: maple leaf (I will only ship inside the US.) http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130355162184&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT#ht_500wt_1182
4. Looking for a set of Hangl plates.
5. Looking to get informed... I'm coming form TD2s (stepin and non) and looking to try something new so I figured I would ask the collective. Who used both? What are your thoughts? What are the pros and cons of each? Is there a history on them anywhere? If I have a board set for Hangle plate inserts can I use Vist? (And vice versa.) Where would you buy them? (Is anybody selling them here?)
6. Got the board from Ear dragger. Exactly as described, nicely packed, promptly shipped. Two thumbs up if anybody is ever looking for a reference on the for sale forums. :biggthump
7. Any interest in others such as Burton?
8. UPDATE: Sorry, a friend has shown interest in the sport. This is no longer avail. $200. The blue marks on the topsheet are from my helmet (which was spraypainted blue.) I removed some with little effort. Boston MA
9. UPDATE: Sorry, a friend has shown interest in the sport. This is no longer avail. Good condition and camber, custom built, AFAIR 18m radius and I'm 163lbs. $250.00. Boston, MA
10. It's the equivalent of my spring cleaning time. I've got a pair of Burton Physics stepin bindings and Fire boots for sale. The bindings are in good order, probably 25 < 30 days (i weigh about 160lbs). There's a single cant included. I bought them new in 2002 so I've been the only user. The boots are "ok" i.e. if you have nothing else they'll probably do. Specifically the liners have another season left, maybe 2 (if you're lucky) as they're somewhat packed and have the beginning of a seperation from the heel and back. The good news is that they have the stepin heels for the bindings. There's a crack in the tongue of each boot. The buckles are solid. Boot size is 27.5 - 29. Put honestly the board has had a full life. The tail has had that nice shiney bit of metal peeled off (no idea how it was gone at the end of a run at Sugarloaf) but it's not there anymore... Its a 162 Ultra prime and holds a reasonable edge. It's still tuneable, but definitely not race quality. This is a package deal as I want to offload all items. So if you're looking for spares, a rock board, or a cheap all in one intro kit this may do the job for you.
