j'ai presque démolie le nez d'une 4x4 a une démo! Beaucoup trop mou, j'ai roulé une boardercross plus tard dans la saison qui étais plus pratique et rigide. Dé-laminé une Donek a Stratton. Les Coilers étaient superbe sauf le prix bien sur! Je vais attendre de pouvoir l'essayer avant de sortir mon porte feuille, SCR-14m, c'est pas evident des fois, mais moins d'exercice qu'une 9.3m...

J'ai l'habitude des planches rigides mais il me faut quelque chose d'un peu plus passe-partout par mauvaise conditions. J'ai vu une F2 Speedster Equipe RS 169 en vente mais j'ai peur de me ramasser une autre planche trop capricieuse pour les conditions des pentes québecoises...

première sortie de la saison, j'aurais du faire demi tour en voyant le stationnement plein. Pris un bloc de 4 heures a jouer entre toute la foules. Deux close call et un impact seulement, le gars qui ma frappé admirais me voir descendre et me suivait sur mon back side. Il s'est approché un peu trop et bang! Pas de gros bobos sauf sont bâton complètement tordu. La base glacé ne s'est jamais ramollie alors ça a été vraiment du sport. J'ai vu deux autres sur planche alpine dont un qui avait exactement la même planche!

Sur la page des fix de Catek, quelques personnes ont reçus leurs commandes il y a quelque semaines. Très peu de feedbacks de Catek, mais ils sont toujours en affaires!

My climbing gear + camping gear is 3x the price of my car, actually maybe a bit less than that if you take in the repairs. Waiting to get a bit more disposable income before I get some more updated gear... probably a board and definitely boots.

Let's see, finalizing my divorce, paying off my lawyer, paying off my loans, and only getting my share of the condominium over 5years... I'm also into rock and iceclimbing where thankfully you don't need to replace the gear very often and you don't need to spend a fortune on lift tickets. So, will I buy a custom Coiler? Not for another while...

The F2 I was looking at was only riden 4 times, and is on sale for 399$ Canadian, hence the reason I'm not looking at any Coilers in the present time (even though I wish I could have Bruce's High-school's Girlfriend!). I've learnt Alpine Boarding on a Factory Prime and a PJ (hence the fear damaging/bending/delaminating soft boards). weight: 185lbs Burton Reactor Catek OS Will try to find some TD2 or 3 with Medium rubbers...

The price is pretty good but I'm worried I'll get another leg-burning power board. It's a F2 Speedster Equipe, probably a 2008 'RS' based on the 169 length. I presently run a HotShine 168, super-stiff, super small SCR, the F2 has a 14m SCR (if it's a RS!). My question is, I'm used to stiff boards, but I'm looking for something that won't be as deadly on my legs when the conditions are rougher (ie ice chunks and generally crappy days). The F2 Equipe are stiff, but are they manageable? I have no problems with the Hot on good days, but when the going gets rough and I'm faced with constant edge chatter, my thighs and back feel like calling it a day after 2 runs... Thanks,
