If the rest of the world could experience the exhilaration and total rush of this sport the world would be an even better place. I came across a video on extreme carving one day when I was searching google on ways to teach my young daughter how to snow board. I was instantly hooked. It was a Swoard video. I had never seen anything like it in my sheltered life. I said it looked like water skiing down a mountain. I was instantly hooked. Bought the PRIOR on line and spent my first year wiping out continuously, lol. I loved it. I loved the idea that if I keep trying that I could do it. That I could make it happen. I persevered and developed my rammy style and swam in the endorphins that resulted in my perseverance.

Reducing the price On the DUAL to $400.00. Not up on the value of these things. I bought this when I was in Euro's so not sure how that all plays out. I'm moving across country and have to downsize dramatically. My heart is heavy as I bang this message out.I love this board. Nice comfortable control with a casual radius. Fast as my favorite girlfriends and even looks good. Also selling my Prior 181 which was my first board that I purchased from the canadian ski team. Very fast board. I wiped out and messed up the tail a little bit. I still ride it like that as I don't know how to fix it, lol. It still locks you in a turn real nice. It's got bite is all I can say. Not sure what I can sell it for with the tail like it is so best offer Amigos

I pulled the liners out. On the bottom part of the shell where the foot sits, it says 26-26.5 On the ankle part of the shell it says 25-27.5 On the tongue it says 25-27.5 So the size would be 26-26.5

Very soft board. I think it would be a great beginners board. Likes all conditions and very forgiving. I find it very similar to my Burton softboot snowboard. Kind of board you can talk on your cell phone and drink a cup of Coco on your way down if you are so inclined, lol.

26-26.5 is the size of the shell Very good shape. Medium stiffness similar to my Suzuka

I am having extreme pain under my knee cap and my knee buckes out from under me if loaded to peak pain threshold also.I went to see a sports doc and he said I would need complete replacement based on the x-rays. He sent me to a specialist who has me on the list for an mri. The specialist believes I have minor arthritis under my knee cap and believes he can remedy the situation with orthoscopic surgery to remove the buildup under the knee cap. He said recovery would be a few weeks if all went well. Very large emotional roller coaster ride.

Ottawa Carve Session Feb 15, 2010. Just a few unprofessional pics of the crew. I personally had a blast. Look forward to meeting up again. Enjoy

What are the runs like at Vorlage? Wide? steep? long, short?
-
What time will you be there? I'm 90% sure I can make it Tuesday night.

I have a weekday pass at Fortune but would like to carve with the OCC(Ottawa Carving Crew). It would be great to share the slopes with other maniacs like myself.

Amazing runs you lucky guys get to carve. In my dreams I ride wide steep runs like that. What kind of camera did you use to capture it all?
