  1. What did u do? Twist inside yr boots? To loose? Broke Jan 25, 2009 back on the slope March 26, 2009. Right Inner ankle fracture at medial malleolus in 2 parts. HB keep all fracture part in its place. Physio: Your target, left ankle max bending angle. Follow bending right ankle gradually every day, no excuse. Stationary Cycling, Plate balancing etc. Excercise: Walk 0.5 -3 hours if possible going uphill. Less down hill. Daily: Milk/Yogurt/Calsium/Banana Get well soon, you might still catch the snow before seasons ends. Hope this will help.   7. Thanks for the reminder how tough it still wud be ahead of taking this sport to be recognize. It took JJ 4 Olympics & abt 12 years to get his Olympic's GOLD It took Blueb many years to have this sport recognize in Cypress Mt and with the helping hand from other fellow carvers like Dave*, crucible, tenorman, ruwi, Cousin of beagle, Pierre, mr_roboteye, xy9ine, wakeupjohn and others to promote this sport in Cypress, Grouse, Seymor and other local mountain. Yes, it's still long way but today was the big day for this sport event to be recognize specially in Canada. Cheers RT:D

GOLD CONGRATULATION to JASEY JAY ANDERSON for his GOLD He deserved to get the best after 4 olympics (?) = 12 years(?) and best retirement present:o Finally, ALPINE "CARVING" SNOWBOARD grab its ground and reach the highest podium in Cypress Mountain and best of all Canada knows abt this big moment of this sport. I hope from now on in general people / winter reasorts will see CARVERS as a positive sporting and specially for Cypress Mountain to open their eyes and be more supportive.   22. As mention by tex1230 & Aracan. Look for soft flex pvc/plastic material. It worked like a cushion. Your hand & fingers still need to flex but not over flex. Happy Snow RT
  23. Never mind James Bond good lookin drivin these, above 100MPH/160KMH:1luvu: their face wud melt (Check vid minutes 3.11). Reason the honky tonk driver just drive 30MPH if not slower around town/beaches:rolleyes: Like those people in winter resort with well known/fancy winter suit & gears (nice lookin thou):p and don't know how to play and sit around cafe ;) All their gears always shiny and clean from snow all day.
