  1. Why of course I do... Don't be silly It's an Oxess... Ha. Looks like the Kessler xcarve so give us the difference and anything that sets this one apart.. From Gray, ogasaka, bc stream, Kessler, F2, SG, ect.... Even what difference as the current oxess FX and BX Thanks
  2. I was there and if I remember correctly it had advanced variable camber based on temperature...
  3. I just went through this debacle.. Never mind... I ended up going with therm-ic foot bed unit. Just used them today and it's the best thing I have ever done for my feet... The unit is very compact unlike hotronic.. Can't justify the cost of a smelly sock you have to wash all the time.. Especially on a trip.. Plus the good Lenz brand is over 300.wtf!! Yea I'll get a couple of pairs... But heated toes maybe worth the weight of gold..
  4. That's what always got me when I tried one... Slow going on trails sucked major arse juice
  5. Great point out west... Well maybe everywhere in case you break something and have your buddy drive back home...
  6. That's all I needed to know... Both of which I have...
  7. I just wish someone would organize a carving trip with shopping. Always wanted to ride there but would like to have a local in the know... so we go to the least crowded best carving place..... Who's in....ME...
  8. Im confused, Vist? Allflex? UPM?... I have a Kessler , WTF do I get... what fits? What's your recommendation if I finally do get and want to try one...what should I put on it? the option list keeps growing if you take into the Asian market...and now obtainable... Just would want one if it truly does help on our ice out here... ps... btw its sure is hard to consider one when the cost will be more than what I paid for the board... ...they are ridicouluoualslsous expensive...
  9. I like riding with that Schred groomer guy!
  10. It almost seems that the other makers are being complacent and lazy, not doing anything to improve their boards.... Intresting indeed..
  11. F2 Proto SL 163 Im probably more excited to ride my new F2's than the others I have. I spent a lot of time on f2 back in the day.. I originally brought in three f2 196's from the factory then.. I would say that if I'm comparing it to something then the Kessler is almost identical. F2 though looks better and tactile feel is better. The old tap on the board is nice and damp... As what you hear on a Kessler or custom titanal board. The tune on the board is awesome. Stiff, but hard to tell from just bench test as usually a shorter board will feel stiffer due to less nose and tail. I'm impressed, I think I'll be paying more attention to the brand now again and won't hesitate to pull the tringer on a proto.. Thanks to Ivan at i-carve once again.. It's why we go back.

  14. My favorite un bend it... The Geoff V!
  15. Another sleeper.. Picked up two weeks ago in EUR. Nitro Machine! Really nice full aluminum chassis, carbon hi back and 3 degree foot bed with cushy air pads..
  16. More On my rcr12 I Relocated the ankle buckle up so it closes straight across and also no buckle bang... No need any more... I hope
  17. Bam, walked into Walmart for black Friday and these were sitting right there, all the soft snowboard snowmobile boots were gone!!!! That's right they are snowmobile boots!! Kiding aside, big shout out to Ivan at i-carve.com he pulled these in quickly and I'm two days away via DHL always.. A geographical oddity!! Cleveland.. I-carve is as easy as pie!! So the boots. Lighter, shell is different material than my neon yellow RCR-12 but stiffer not as pliable. The material feels more modern, oddly they feel very similar to my new Fischer Ranger ski boots... (made in Austria) hmmm. The tounge is completely different and stiffer.. It's actually harder to get into, it doesn't just smoothly swing out of the way like the old ones or as the photo way above.. It's a bear to do that with the buckles.. Or at least I haven't got the hang of it.. No different than my ski boots as I don't feel like routine multiple tounge lashing back and forth.. Wait.. Never mind. I'd be worried that in time it cracks from over bending... That's my only beef... The biggest improvement I found was that stupid front buckle is no longer in the way and now the F2 toe bails firmly snap into place.. Big difference.. Maybe it's a safety problem of coming out.. But they sure will stay down now... Even my bomber bindings are happier. You can feel a bit of shell volume difference from my old to new.. It's slight but you can feel it.. Or it's just the new material and stiffness messing with me... But they feel great. I also went with the full xcr spring system and it feels cushy in a good way.. Gives resistance till spring bottoms out then the shell takes over.. Obviously will know more when I get out.. I like em and glad to be back to the 4 buckle.. And nice buckles at that!! The take up buckle clip looks to be gun metal hard coat anodized. Boots look great.. Thanks Ivan More
