  7. whole bar thing was never an issue for me. I come from europe, a land were bars without foot rest are not existing. It is a comfort that makes you lower a bar. Accualy first time when i was carving in east coast it was a small shock that feet were not supported. ________ Volcano Vaporizer
  8. I think austria is your best bet. I like italy/dolomites a lot, awsome open trails stable suny weather, and In Arabba they have the best groomed steeps i have ever done. But when i broke my f2 in half it was difficult to find replacement i had to drive over an hour to find store with hard boards. Time is up for hardboots. We wiil have to stock up for rest of our lifes. Most of italians have very little skiing skills so sometimes easy slopes can be crowded with penguins. Beside it is extremly beautifull and food is awsome. good luck ________ Volcano vaporizers
  9. A little out of main topic but something to think about Europe : Bar with foot rest. 7 inch thick comfy cushions Plustic buble - wind protection recently i have seen one lift with cushions electricly heated cost of the day little over 30 euros (italy dolomites) USA bar (foot rest when you very lucky) cost of the day 70$ (killington) ________ Tamarax1
  10. I will be in Hunter this sunday 03 / 05. Is anybody going to be there and want to hook up for few carves and maybe for a beer after.
  11. I love Laax nice mountain. My family has a house there so i get to go there once a year. I live in Brooklyn and i miss alps every weekend when i ride vermont. I am sure you will find great, wide, groomed slopes in Laax Just perfect to pick up carving. Who knows in Europe they may even have a carving class. Also you will meet more hardbooters. They are few more left in Europe. Good luck ________ Hey_Hey cam
  12. Ok i see your boots have forward angle. I was suspecting you need to move them forward in order to avoid triping over your own toe. Nice carving How does it work on ice? What kind of board and boots? ________ bondage girl Webcams
  13. snow|3oarder Is it on soft stuff?
  14. Curving in soft is obviously posible but limited. I ride both depends on condition but since i live on east coast hard rig is 80% of time. In soft rig beside lack of control and ability to put presure when board is on the eadge, angle of shoes is a major problem. Front or hill of the shoes will hit a snow when you start carve more dynamic. Did anybody try to set soft rig in more forward position for carving? From my expirence soft step ins boots are beter for carving. Bottom line is you kind of can carve on soft rig but not really. You can get nearly that low as i would like and it does not work at all on ice. Not to mention more dynamic carving on steep slopes. Some more skilled softies can do semi decent frontsite turn but they backside is always off. Soft rig is awsome for powder much nicer then curving board. ________ LIVE SEX
