  1. I was snowboarding last sunday at Nakiska, and I met a couple of the guys and they told me about this weekend. Iam 100% new to the hardbooting, as I have a board and some bindings, and boots all of which are not assembled. If I was able to make it, would anybody have time to maybe tell me if what I have is worth trying to put together? Thanks Whaack.
  2. Hello I was looking for a set of Intec heels for my Burton Ice Boots. I was assuming that Intec Heels meant that ther would be Pins sticking out of the sides of the Heels which then would click into the Intec step in Bindings. What I recieved was a set of Heels which have two metal rings recessed into the bottom of the heels. I have looked on the web and it appears as if these are designed for use with Burton Physics Bindings. Are these type ussually reffered to as INTEC? Does anyone know if these bindings are still avaialable and if they are are thet a decent set up. If the answer to either question is NO then what would you reccomend that I look into getting. The reason I was trying to get intec heels was because the used Burton Ice Boots that I purchased used Is missing one of the Plastic Flanges which would hold it into the Bail type bindings. I guess that that is part of the problem with buying used. Unfortanatly there does not seem to be many shops which carry the alpine Equip.
  3. I have sent you an email on the bindings.
  4. Are the bindings sold yet?
  5. I am looking for a set of bindings which will work with the Intec heels. Let me know if you have any for sale ,or if you ever see them on Ebay for sale. Thanks
  6. Thanks for the message, When I purchased the boots used there was no mention that they were actually womans boots. Since being advised on Bomberline I now Know that they are. Having said that, they seem to fit fine and did come with a set of New moldable liners. I am new to Hard Boots (ex skier and soft booter) on an alpine board so Iam just wondering if these boots, probably being a little softer will be a good or a bad thing for a begginer. Also if any one has a set of Intec bindings for sale let me know.
  7. Just purchased a set, hopefully they will work . I will now need to puchase a set of intec bindings that will work with a 27.5 boot.
  8. I have just noticed that a pair of Burton Ice hardboots which I just purchased is missing the little flange which sticks out of the back of the boot to hold it in the bindings:(. Therefore I need to find one of these flange type pieces or possibly 2 intec heels, and then look for a set of Intec Bindings. Thanks.
  9. I could use a small pair (size 8 boots) if you do not have a large pair for for Skivie77 . Thanks.
  10. Being New to the Hardbooting Scene Iam unfamilliar with the equip. I notice that the Intec bindings look differant than say the Bail Bindings. Do you need special boots to use the Intecs. I have a pair of Burton Ice hardboots and they are smooth on the back and have a small tounge on the front. Just wondering what bindings would be best suited for these boots. Thanks.
  11. Hello thanks for your messages, but just trying to get started for a resonable amount of money. I realize these are a good quality binding but was hoping only to spend around $75.00. Thanks Brian.
  12. Just wondering if the bindings are still for sale?
  13. I have just purchased a Nidecker Board and Burton Ice Boots size 265. I now need bindings which would be suitable for a beginer who is 5-8 155lbs.
  14. I have recently purchased some used equip and would like to get some some help in having it all set up properly. Does anyone know of a place in Calgary that would be able to help me ? Thanks alot Brian.

  18. Hello, I have just purschased a board for my self. I will be meeting my Friend this weekend and may try to convince him into trying carving. Would any of these boards be suited to a person converting from soft boots to hard? He is about 6' 220lbs, and an advanced intermideatte snow boarder. Let me know.
  19. I just purchased a Nidecker tornado GS 168. I hope this is a board that I can learn on and make work for me. Iam 5'8" 155lbs. Now I need the boots ! I do have a line on some from a BOL Member and He says they would work well for me. I need a size 26 if there are any other offers I can look at before purchasing the other ones Thanks.
  20. I Just purchased my fisrt carving board. It is a Nidecker Tornado GS 68. The length is 168 nose 24cm waist 18.5 tail 24 I am 5'8' 155lbs . Any Ideas on wether or not this board will work for me? I also purchased a Palmer Honeycomb 161 that I plan on using as a all mountain board (including powder) with my soft boots and flow bindings. Any thoughts on this board and set up? I plan on replacing my Burton Indie 163 with the Palmer , is that a good trade off? Any info would be welcome.
  21. Hey Rob, just wondering what the status is on the Palmer Honeycomb that I won on the Ebay auction, and paid you with Paypal. I am really excited to get, and try this board esspecially for our heliboarding trip to the Purcells. Please let me know on what day it was sent and what method so I can know when to expect to receive it. Thanks alot Brian.
  22. Hello yor message about the sims Bindings came to me" Whaack" you may have to resend it to RDY. If you just push post reply it goes to the last person, which in this case was me.
  23. Oh well, I will continue my search for a reasonably priced board to try this new to me, sport of carving. Not really sure what I need but I think it would be more of an all mountain type apposed to a racer or a pure carver. Any info. I receive is always appreciated.
