    F2 speedcross 165

I rode it yesterday in softies at unheard of angles by the way. I gradually worked my way up to 65/60 which amazingly enough felt the best. It was a total blast. So the short version is I am keeping it. changed my mind its for sale.
  2. If the shuttle fair is all that is holding you up give me a call I will escort you to the mtn and deposit you at hibernation house myself:biggthump most everything is cheap comparitively but the airfare may not be we are definitely the end of the line. hard to say

  6. lets see the length is 180 the waist is 11.5 the tail is 15.0 the nose is 16.2 sidecut is (i am guessing) 15+
  7. IF its just bruised use it. get out and walk and alternate hot and cold packs. arnica oil is good for bruising and you can get a homeopathic arnica to take by mouth as well. there are lots of herbal poultices out there as well. arnica works as well as any of them.

they seem to be rather prolific for 9.95 all over the net at the moment with a few places as high as 11.95 evogear a straight 10
  9. read the posts on shin bang and if that doesn't sound familiar do a search on Anterior compartment syndrome and shinsplints. Its a blood flow issue rather than being impact related. Its possible that your boots are to tight at the cuff mimicking anterior compartment syndrome as well.
  10. mine is supposed to be anti funk plastic antibacterial something or other but it tastes worse than the funk does.

  13. fernie or banff should be great. lake louise is having the year of the century. fernie is like two hrs north of me and it has been getting more snow than we have at big mtn.
  14. not all of it! one of my patients just got back from Big sky and said they had brown spots and very little snow with bad icing etc. Come on out and pay us a visit Gleb I will show you around the mtn.
  15. I have a set for sale check em out
  16. the stepins with the plastic bar you step on to lock the rear bail. very ridgid laterally for a burton binding. $75
  17. the adjustable on the board ones. In good condition First $50 takes them
  18. This is for a lacroix contest 185 skwal. It has been inserted and has a fresh grind and tune on it. IT is a screamer very fast and a real hoot to ride. It is inserted with heavy beveled Inserts (t-nuts) just like a factory board. Pics on request. It was purchased unused and unmounted last season. I rode it 2 times last year and 3 times this year. I have aquired an easy jungle 165 that I find to be more forgiving. this board needs a hard charging carver to make it a good home. I am asking 200$ plus shipping. I will include one 0 degree mounting disc for a TD2 if you want it. I bought several different ones before finding my preference. the discs are cheap and easy through bomber and your td2 upper will bolt right on!
  19. lightly used in very good condition good pics available on request (to big to post) this is the model with the clear topsheet showing the wood core.(my son says it looks like a bowling alley) nice looking board. ITs a stiff fast ride with a little wider profile than most carvers 22ish at the waist. it has the dimpled base for speed I assume????? I enjoyed it thoroughly it was however very similiar to my garage and I don't need two in the same category so this one is up for sale. I paid 175 plus 25 shipping for it and would like to get that back out of it. I am asking 200$ plus shipping OBO this is NOT an out "HOUSE" board
  20. there is quite a variance in models for sure. the ones that have forward lean adjustment in the ankle strap mechanism and a high booster strap are the best. I have a set of world travelers that are working quite well for me currently. the lateral stiffness is bolstered significantly by a booster strap. I have used the "booster strap" with two layers of elastic on other boots with good success. Its worth a try with the boots you are currently using. Ask the crew who rode with me at big MTn last week if lateral flex was a problem! technique varies with this setup as well. I find that I am up and down with my body alot more than on hard boots. If I am driving my weight down into the board I am effecting the edge directly rather than through the tounge and sides of the boot.
  21. the couch in whichever condo he's staying at this week:lol:
  22. usps won't ship over 108 inches outside the country even to canada.thats a length and girth combined measurement. they will ship up to 130 inches priority mail in the country and that is around 25$ above 130 is doable with an extra fee in country.
  23. If you can find them in your size a switch ntype boot with either ntype(no back) bindings or xtype (hiback) bindings. the ntype boots are very stiff and have a built in highback internal to the boot. it is adjuctable for forward lean on most models and also has a built in ankle ratchet strap and a booster strap at the top of the boot. I find them quite adequate and the rental version of the bindings comes with a riser plate that gives you a little more freedom with your angles. I ride mine on a wider board at 55/50 sometimes 60/55 with great results. I have also had good luck running a cant plate under the rear binding.
