the solo binding went with the pair for parts/spare sorry. I have several cant plates what are you looking for exactly? they are all three hole with the exception of the unicant. I have 2 6 or 7 degree round cants and a larger diameter 3 degree cant as well as the universal cant.

with only 13 mm of sidecut my math and john's computer put the radius on this one at somewhere between 16 and 17. Its certainly not 9

    F2 speedcross 165

I found an identity 185 that I need to finance so the F2 is on the auction block again. the First $200 bones takes it. Get it quick before I change my mind. this is really a phenomenal ride. very fast and responsive. ITs an unreal carver. I had John Mcginnis run the numbers and the sidecut is pushing 16+ its a wolf in sheeps clothing!

some stuff sold check the first post for updates and price cuts:biggthump
  10. The more people that bug him the better. We don't want the love of alpine to die out at Garage snowboards:lol: He has a plan it just isn't fast enough to suit the demand at the moment. I would be interested in finding out how many preorders we could come up with for a run of garage 185's call it a tribute board to the identity 185. rumor has it that there are enough pieces left over from the fall of identity to redo the tooling it just costs money.
  11. email webmaster at oldsnowboards dot com and maybe some better pics. If the bindings are in good shape you might find a few takers but there isn't a good enough pic of the board and not enough info to ID it. other than that you are in the right place. Bryan at oldsnowboards will know what it is.
  12. that would be the response they were looking for:biggthump :biggthump  quality stuff too! doesn't break much and 350k miles is normal. god help you if the part you need has wires coming out of it though! might as well be platinum if its an electrical part. mech parts are cheap
  13. John mcginnis formerly of identity snowboards. now of garage snowboards is the owner builder. the base graphics are bright for sure. my other garage base is day glo orange with the same graphic. the topsheet is wood.nice diecut work across the nose the rest of the base is one piece.
  14. yes the lime green is the base graphic. the topsheet is wood veneer it has a nice arbor look to it. I will resize I just ahve to get to my other computer to do it. this one doesn't support the powertoy thing. It is also not his first board. He is the mad genius behind identity boards the two on either side are, in the purple a 185 race carbon identity and in the blue a 168 freecarve carbon identity. I also own and ride a garage 173 carbon all mountain twintip.
  15. the topsheet fotos are to big

    Weird crash

Its a good idea to get it checked. I would tend to agree that a slight sprain/strain has occurred but better safe than sorry. A few easy ortho tests , push pull does this hurt, should rule out ligament tear. misalignment of the joint is also possible and likely from what you described. Getting a chiropractor to set the joint will help the strain heal faster. A sports chiro would be able to diagnose the problem for you and if necessary refer you to a good orthopedic if its more serious. good luck
  17. It is just a prototype/ testbed sort of project. I am just fortunate enough to be a designated test pilot:biggthump I think we might see some next year:biggthump
  18. The Identity 168 FC is a blast and even better I got to ride a "black project" Garage 195 alpine. I think I am in love:1luvu: Nice damp smooth screamer. not quite the oh my god fast ride that the identity 185 is but much more forgiving and enjoyable. Bryan I know you are reading this! ppppppbbbbbbbbbb!!!!! come out to big mtn for a week and I will let you take a run on it!! No production plans currently and probably not this year. But it does exist. pics when I get a chance.

  21. I was taught when learning to waterski slalom to jump one legged and whichever leg you tend to push off with is your strong leg or forward leg. the other tends toward coordination. so for skiing anyway, strong leg forward steering leg in the back. This is perhaps more important if you start in deep water with only one foot in the ski. the other leg acting as a rudder. All of the leg strength required to get out of the water comes from the strong leg. I translated it to snowboarding since when you are only strapped in on one leg in line etc. you are on the strong leg. steering or coordination happens when you get the back leg strapped in. I would tend to go with the strength test over eye dominance or sliding. my .02
  22. that would be the board I am looking at. I am actually trying to see if there is any other experience on it out there. opinion poll style, to see if I am interested or not
