Jesus Jack! That thing is narrow! Even by my standards! Liftline comments would funny if my short ass were riding a 196! hahaha

I’m actually surprised how few comments I get when I’m riding my Tanker 200. You’d think lots of people would notice this thing that is 50 cm longer than many boards but nope.

Pretty sure it's 18.5cm wide.  I wouldn't order a new board this narrow, but I got this board just for the hell of it.  Not exactly a daily driver. Price was right.

Reminds me of the Rossi 190  World Cup Race I had.  18m SCR, so it was super stable at high speed, but kind of a one trick pony.

Update from Bruce, he says it's 19m.  I'm not expecting to be able to move around the mountain much.  This will come out only when it's buff.

I saw a biggish dude riding a Tanker 200 last year.  I had to ask if that's what it was because being a freeride shape I couldn't be sure.  It just looked pretty normal for him.  And I'm aware of these boards - I bet the average snow slider who isn't might just see the shape and not think twice.  An alpine board sticks out already, so when it's really long it's a double effect.  Barring retro day or the very odd Tanker rider, this will be the longest thing on the hill, lol.

Not a new board this year. But switched to UPZ boots and just received new RC12. Hope it fixes my heel lift problem.

They fixed my heel lift issues. Love my RC10.

For my feet, the stock liners didn't work at all, though. Actually, they were extremely painful. I think @Shred Gruumer is the only one who kept his stock liners.

I've experimented with a few different upper strap options on these, also, since the stock one always liked to come loose and started to fray from my constant tightening. G-Style upper strap is very nice, but Booster is best for me.

And @Cuban Carving Jr. did as well... that's two!! dunno they work...but that may change as my new RC12 should be here tomorrow and may need moldable liner as I went down a half size...

Sorry, two. My bad. :eplus2:

Half a size down, but same shell size, though, right? What actually changes when you move half a size? The entire liner or do they add a shim below the footbed or something?

I've just tumbled into the rabbit hole and bought a pair of .951 ?‍♂️. Had an offer I couldn't refuse. So I didn't refuse.

I don't anthropomorphize inanimate objects; I've never been moved to name a car, motorcycle, or a snowboard for that matter.  Then my new Thirst board showed up today.  But still, I'm not going to name it.  Nope.

I'll just refer to it as "the girl my mother warned me about".

Thirst SF 162cm WARP (goofy asym build), 18 cm waist, WARP sidecuts vary between heel and toe  A bit stiffer than Mark would normally build it, it's for my shorter night-riding sessions at Mt. Hood Meadows, narrower runs, short to non-existent lift lines, 3 hours and done.

The pics don't really do the graphics justice, the Thirst industrial snowflake is in there but very subtly, shows best in the full sunlight.  There's a FB video which shows this board beside a 185cm 8RW for comparison, you can see the graphics better in that.

Nice. I couldn't imagine not having my wife as my snowboard buddy. Looking at building her a Donek for Christmas.

So true! Our builds are getting laid up as we speak. Her a bigger wider version of her Custom Phoenix and the same in a Hammerhead Saber

My Alloy DO 165 arrived.

Pretty Stiff, Plate Worthy for sure.

Not much sidecut from what i see, but time will tell..

Matte carbon finish is really really really sweet!!!!

Build quality is very high.

3D center section is Cool.

Sidewalls have nice bevel but not too angled 20 degrees plus.

Cool korean writing graphics should make it drift great. Nismo

I believe there are a few available to purchase see Don at Alloy.
