Guest Posted February 5, 2015 Report Share Posted February 5, 2015 Are you familiar with our snowpack here in Colorado? Very different than what you get in the PNW. Very sketchy, even in the best of years. Without beacon, shovel, probe, et al as well as someone who knows the snowpack and area, don't even think of going out of bounds.
