big mario Posted June 3, 2019 Author Report Share Posted June 3, 2019 Time for wheels! Rode floyd hill openspace yesterday, nice combo of chunky tech and flowy bermage. Switchbacks, and the rest of the trail, are being built to be a bit more bike friendly. big mario Posted June 21, 2019 Author Report Share Posted June 21, 2019 (edited) the realigned/redesigned/reawesomed flow trail ( rooney valley trail) at green mountain feels like a never ending rollercoaster of pump track silliness. Hats off to the city of Lakewood and Comba for an incredible addition to what is becoming one of the better places to ride your bike around here!!!. my quads are still burning from that descent, and Im still pulling bugs out of my teeth from my big ass shit eating grin. I haven't been there in over 10 years. Back then it wasn't especially technical but a long sustained grunt to the top. Nice to hear they improved it.
