  1. Legend has it he re-engineered Rubik's cubes from a very young age....
  2. I don't want to start a family fight but tracks on right are neater - soft or hard?!
  3. @lowrider 'riding' is OK, it is 'mounting' that is frowned upon.
  4. @Carvin' Marvin video of the year. Palpable dread of skidder when he realizes he is still alive, but has to cross your trench - gold.... .
  5. @lonbordin you sure that poor Donek did not just cry 'Enough already' and leap off the roof of your car to end its pain?
  6. Go directly to the source and talk to Mark ( @BLOODTYPEZX10R) he will have all the info you need
  7. While I mostly agree, I will give a shout out to the heros of the night at Powder Mountain. They clearly till deep enough to allow cord to last until the afternoon. Some passes can be a bit uneven, but with no snow for a month it's likely unavoidable.
  8. Indeed, and contra is only a approximation of a Thirst.
  9. Hmmm no metal, revolutionary construction, a contra like sidecut. Makes me thirsty....
  10. Good info thanks@lonbordin Price on KOR website converts to $650 usd - pretty damn reasonable. Did you get as far as investigating shipping? I will PM further questions re fit.
  11. Very cool @slapos - should rename that arena NOBeskid!
  12. Thanks @lonbordin(& Team32) I had not seen that full-on groomer assault. Brutality at it's best.
  13. Lifty: Whoa dude, is that what happens when skis and snowboards have a baby?
  14. Thanks @bigwavedave, it is indeed. As they say, "A boat is safe in the harbour, but that it not what it was built for", so in the words of Big Mario, I best get some of those gorilla cajones & mount it up. Appreciate you enduring my questions & providing honest, real world feedback - like having a personal test pilot.
  15. My apologies @lonbordin I was still mopping up my drool. 30 up front, 24 in the middle and a full edge wrapped hole in the back. Guessing around 10.5m. WARP (LFF), flex .355.
  16. Words do this no justice. It is art. It is craftsmanship. I will need several sessions of therapy to bring myself to screw some TD3s on to it. I always wanted a woodie and a swally. Mission accomplished. Thanks Mark.
  17. M29 here (so somewhere between you @TimV and @Corey on the sasquatch scale) @ 55/53. I found 22 was about the limit on a regular sidecut, but the asym (WARP) on Thirsts give you a bit more width under the back foot, so I think I could go down to 20.5-ish with that design. Talk to Mark ( @BLOODTYPEZX10R) he will know the details.
  18. First tracks = tick Great snow = tick Michelin star cuisine = tick Sub zero........ X You guys are made of stern stuff indeed.
  19. Barry good to hear you have no major damage (other than you would have got from a round or two with Marvin Haggler) & you will be back on deck soon.
  20. Are you lurking in @svr's wood shed? He has plenty more - show no mercy Dave!
  21. Nice work Dave! The groomers will need therapy once they spy this corduroy annihilation!
