Hi! Unfortunately I'm not really an expert in technical things, but since few years I'm riding on alpine snowboard. I used to have very dated upz boots but I finally decided to spend some cash and I bought Deeluxe Track 700. I went to ride in them last year and it was horrible experience. The pain was incredible. I checked online and it looks like other people were complaining too. I need an advice. The problem is around heels. There are some pressure points, it feels tight and at some point I'm feeling horrible pain, pins and needles to the point of tears. It feels like I'm loosing feeling in whole foot.
I have fitted new insoles but it didn't help. I just came back from a shop where they told me, that insoles won't help and they cannot do anything about the shell due to the point of problem. The guy advised me to buy new boots, better fitted to my feet. I had these boots 3 times on me and it was not cheap either. My natural thinking is - let me see if there is definitely nothing I can do.
Anyone had this issue? Anyone has any ideas? If no, if I need to buy new boots, how to avoid same problem? THANKS!
Andrea
