    All the vids posted by Pat remind me of the style I used to ride, Staying low most of the time and not much over rotation. We had a blast doing that for years on hard boots, I wish I was able to master it in softs but I got started too late.

    I will say Zipfit can zero out just about all your fit issues. I barely have to buckle my boots and rarely if ever need to mess with them during the day. In end all you really need is a solid heel hold, after that its just comfort and Zipfit is the best heel lock I have ridden in 22 seasons.

    Even the best riders on here still use a slide when needed. If you have to skid a bit in your transition then do it but analyze why its happening and try to figure out what you need to do to stop it. Your gonna have to power that front hip open and do some rotation to get from toe to heal, at least thats my move.

    To control speed you need to cross the fall line more than going down hill. The more hill you give away with each turn the faster you go so you need to finish your turns off almost going up hill. Thats extreme but its something to think about. As fun as it is to link a ton of turns as you get tired you dont finish the turn as well and end up with down hill orientation at the end of turns. That causes you to pick up more speed than you might want. Take some time to make sure you can control the finish of each carve to help with speed check. Doing just a couple turns paying attention to how they finish is a great way to figure it out.

    I have developed some medial ankle pain in my boots over the years. Nerve damage has caused atrophy in my lower right leg so theres not a ton of mass there anymore. Any thoughts on how to resolve it. Where do I get the heated Boot bag?

    AMT is a blast to ride and opens up the entire mountain. I always end up on my AMT by noon.
